1. Right of Withdrawal

For orders covered by applicable EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us at darsons168@gmail.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel your purchase.

You must send the goods back without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.

2. Condition of Returned Products

You may handle the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

If a product has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary and its value has been reduced as a result, we may make an appropriate deduction from the refund where permitted by applicable law.

Products should be returned with their original packaging and accessories where reasonably possible.

3. Return Shipping Costs

For a change-of-mind return under the applicable 14-day withdrawal right, the customer is generally responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, provided this information was given before the purchase.

If the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or does not conform to the order, Darsons will handle the matter in accordance with applicable consumer law and will cover return costs where required.

4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos or video showing the problem

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer law.

5. Refunds

When you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse the payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered at the time of purchase, where required by applicable law.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

6. Exceptions

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products or circumstances provided by applicable law.

Any applicable exception will be clearly communicated where relevant before purchase.
